Yet it cannot block all SPAM as SPAM because the mail that is MARKED spam may or may NOT be spam, it could be a users membership in some news or other list! so, outside of some spam that cannot be detected cause it is written like normal email, what comes through OUR SYSTEM notifies you that the email in question COULD BE SPAM.

isf you have people who use html markup or send mail that could be marked as SPAM
set up a mail FOLDER named SPAM
and then, for step two select MOVE TO FOLDER
then select the SPAM folder, then you ccan browse the spam marked mail, and if anyone is a normal sender, send us the email address and we will white box it.
then, after a month, redo the MESSAGE RULE to DELETE ALL MAIL THAT THE SERVER SAYS IS SPAM...
